We all are walking the same part but dont want to accept openly. Courage is not about going to gym and learning to fight, it is about accepting the way we are...

Let us all learn to unlearn through a prog designed by the users like you and me, we can call by any name but for sake of understanding we call this as,

Let us meet at a resort free from crowd, near 120 kms away from Mumbai, India

Day 1:

We reach resort, know each other and understand what we are going to do. Have lunch together, rest for some time, learn agriculture and understand the eco system, meditate in evening and unwind in night with camp fire and relax.

Day 2:

Start meditation at 6 am, followed by breakfast, move towards beach and relax and play in the beach, return for lunch and relax, start meditation in late afternoon, know more about rural economy, do evening meditation and enjoy tribal culture, unwind in the night with get together.

Day 3:

Start meditation followed by breakfast and then trekking to hill and see a old fort nearby, comeback by lunch, relax, carry few more meditation prog, recap the 3 days and carry a load of memories for coming back for next retreat in a new place and new format till you start seeing the camera within...
